Nichole Mason
My name is Nichole Mason, and I have been a proud member of the Little Darlings family since we opened our doors in 1999. My journey began in the infant classroom, where I discovered my passion for nurturing and supporting young children during their earliest years. From there, I became a 3 year old teacher before stepping into my current role as Director. Working with young children has always been incredibly rewarding to me. Watching children grow in confidence, develop new skills and reach important milestones is one of the greatest joys of my career. As Director, my goal is to create a warm, safe and welcoming environment where every child feels loved, supported and encouraged to thrive. At Little Darlings, we are more than a child care center – we are a family, and we value the strong relationships and sense of community we build together each day.
